David Hershfield

Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder

David is Fideseo’s co-founder and CEO, leading with purpose and emotional intelligence. Prior to founding Fideseo, David was the Executive leader of Product, Technology, Data, and Design at Azlo owned by BBVA. Prior to Azlo, David was Chief Product Officer at Auctionata and SVP of Online Technology at the OSP Group (formerly known as Redcats). He also led the Global Product & Experience and Content teams at PayPal, helping them propel PayPal from $800M to $4.1B in annual revenue. Prior to PayPal, David led the Instructional Communications, Localization, and various Design teams at Adobe. His teams were responsible for numerous key initiatives, including contributing to the initial launch of the Adobe Creative Suite. Before Adobe, David led various teams at Ascend Communications, culminating in Ascend being acquired by Lucent Technologies for $20.3B.

David holds an MBA from St. Mary’s College of California and a BA from the University of California, Berkeley.

Louis Picchione

Chief Operating Officer & Co-Founder

Louis is an executive recognized for understanding corporate strategies, creating, and developing businesses through the creation of high-performance teams, delivering scalable solutions, and transcending industries. A skilled senior leader with a demonstrated unique focus on solving the most challenging problems with clarity of thought, a direct approach, and a reputation for accomplishments regardless of the challenges. Louis most recently led Information Technology at Fanatics, the global leader in licensed sports merchandise. Prior to Fanatics, Louis was the VP of Online Technology at FULLBEAUTY Brands (formerly known as Redcats). He has 30 years’ experience guiding top Retail, Financial, and Media companies, including Fanatics, Redcats, Citigroup, Time Inc., and Viacom, through the stages of chaotic hyper-growth to the stressful periods of divesture. His talents have led to higher revenues, increased performance and stability, and superior use of CAPEX & OPEX.

Louis holds a BS in Management Information Systems from Manhattan College.

Nick Yonko

Chief Information Security Officer & Co-Founder

Information Security evangelist with experience involving all aspects of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) sustainment, innovation, and implementation. Innovated the development of ICT systems for security through explosive 300% growth at Azlo (FinTech) and BBSI, Inc. (Professional Services), and 200% growth at Insitu, Inc. (GovCon). Architected, built and secured custom software solutions for Portland State University Foundation, The Lemelson Foundation, and social networking start up OllieMe!. CISSP with deep awareness of NIST, FFIEC, EAR, ITAR and ISO. Nick believes people are the key to secure environments through informing, training, and collaborating with customers and partners to increase visibility and ensure trust.

Nick holds a Bachelor in Fine Arts degree from Cornish College of the Arts.
