Fideseo LLC (“Fideseo,” “we,” “us”) operates www.fideseo.com from Ponte Vedra, Florida, United States. This statement explains how we handle personal information when you visit this website or contact us through it. It does not replace the privacy terms or agreements that apply to services we deliver for clients.
- We use enquiries to respond to you and manage the business relationship.
- Microsoft Clarity stays off until you accept optional cookies.
- We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
- You can ask us about your information at info@fideseo.com.
Information we collect
Information you give us. Our contact form asks for your first name, last name, work email address, and message. You may also provide your company and the topic of your enquiry. We receive any further information you choose to include in your message or later correspondence. The required fields allow us to receive and respond to your enquiry; you can also email us directly.
Please keep passwords, payment details, government identification numbers, and confidential client or employee records out of website messages. We can discuss an appropriate way to exchange sensitive material if it is needed for an engagement.
Technical and security information. Our hosting and security services process information such as your IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, request times, referring pages when supplied by your browser, and error or security events. The contact form uses a coded version of your IP address to limit repeated attempts. Hosting and security providers may separately receive or log your IP address.
Optional usage information. If you accept optional cookies, Microsoft Clarity collects information about how you use our site, such as page visits, clicks, scrolling, device and browser characteristics, and session identifiers. Clarity creates heatmaps and session replays so we can understand navigation and improve the site. A session replay reconstructs activity on our web pages; it is not a camera or microphone recording. We mark the contact form for masking so its contents are obscured in Clarity recordings. See Microsoft’s description of Clarity data collection.
How we use information
- Receive, deliver, and respond to enquiries, discuss our services, and manage the resulting business relationship.
- Operate the website, troubleshoot errors, and protect it from bots, spam, and other misuse.
- Understand site usage and improve content and navigation when you have accepted optional analytics.
- Meet applicable legal obligations, keep necessary business records, and establish or defend legal claims.
Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. We do not use website enquiries for unrelated marketing or sell personal information, and we do not share it for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising.
Where a legal basis for processing is required, we rely on your consent for optional analytics; our legitimate interests in answering enquiries, managing business relationships, and securing this website; steps you request before entering a contract or performing a contract, where relevant; and compliance with applicable legal obligations.
Cookies and analytics choices
Our cookie notice offers equally available Accept optional cookies and Reject optional cookies controls. Until you accept, we do not load Clarity. Rejecting keeps Clarity, including its cookieless tracking, off on this site.
You can change your choice using the Cookie settings button in the footer of any page. If you withdraw a previous acceptance, we stop Clarity, remove its cookies that this site can access, and refresh the page to stop any analytics scripts still loading. Your choice also updates other open tabs from this website. Withdrawal stops future collection; it does not automatically erase information already collected.
- Remembering your choice. We store your accepted or rejected choice, its version, and an expiry time in your browser’s local storage under
fideseo.cookie-consent.v1. This preference is valid for 180 days. The stored record may remain until it is replaced or you clear browser data, but an expired acceptance does not enable analytics. If your browser cannot save the preference, we may ask again on your next visit. - Clarity identifiers. After acceptance, Clarity may use the first-party cookies
_clckand_clsk, session storage, and related technologies to distinguish visits and connect page activity. We grant analytics storage only and keep Clarity’s advertising-storage permission denied. Microsoft describes its cookies in the Clarity cookie documentation and its processing in the Microsoft Privacy Statement. This site cannot remove cookies stored on Microsoft’s own domains; you can manage those through your browser. - Browser controls. We keep optional analytics off when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. Clearing this site’s browser storage removes the saved choice and causes the notice to appear again. Rejecting optional cookies does not disable the contact form or its security checks.
Your analytics choice does not block the hosting, security, font, and image requests described below. Those services may receive technical information when they deliver a page or resource.
Service providers and sharing
We use the following services to run this website. They receive the information needed for their role, and their linked notices describe their own processing:
- DreamHost: hosts the site and processes website requests and access or error logs. See the DreamHost Privacy Policy.
- Brevo: delivers contact-form notifications to our business inbox. Those notifications contain the name, email address, company if supplied, topic, and message you submitted. Our email service also processes the resulting correspondence. See the Brevo Privacy Policy.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: checks contact-form visits and submissions for automated abuse. It processes technical signals such as IP address, browser information, and information about the site being visited. This security check operates regardless of your optional analytics choice. See the Turnstile Privacy Addendum and Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
- Microsoft Clarity: receives the optional usage information described above only after you accept optional cookies. Microsoft also processes information under its own privacy statement.
- Google Fonts and Unsplash: pages load fonts from Google, and some pages load photographs from Unsplash. These requests disclose technical information, such as your IP address and browser request details, to the provider even when Clarity is off. See the Google Fonts FAQ, Google Privacy Policy, and Unsplash Privacy Policy.
We may also disclose information when required by applicable law or valid legal process, or as necessary to investigate abuse, protect people and systems, or establish or defend legal rights. Links to other websites, including our product websites, lead to services that may have their own privacy practices.
How long we keep information
We keep contact enquiries and related emails only as long as needed to answer the enquiry, manage the business relationship, maintain necessary business records, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. The appropriate period depends on the nature of the correspondence and any resulting engagement.
The browser preference described above is valid for 180 days. Contact-form anti-abuse counters use short time windows, and expired visitor entries are discarded as those records are updated. Hosting logs and provider records have their own retention periods, which are separate from these counters.
Microsoft’s current Clarity retention documentation lists 30 days for ordinary session playback and nine months for click and heatmap data and labeled or favorited sessions. Provider retention practices can change; the linked documentation explains the current periods. Withdrawing analytics consent does not by itself delete earlier recordings or business correspondence. Contact us if you want to request deletion.
Security
We use HTTPS, server-side form validation, submission limits, bot checks, and server-side handling of email-service credentials to protect this website and its contact form. No internet transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security. If you believe information sent through this site has been exposed or misused, email info@fideseo.com.
International processing
Fideseo is based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from those where you live. You can contact us for information about processing locations and any transfer safeguards applicable to your information.
Your rights and requests
Depending on your location and the laws that apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent; or appeal a response to a privacy request. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. These rights can be subject to conditions or exceptions, including obligations to retain certain records.
Send requests and questions to info@fideseo.com with “Privacy request” in the subject. Tell us what you are requesting and how you interacted with us. We may need reasonable information to verify your identity before providing or changing personal information. Please send only the information needed for your request; do not email passwords or identity documents unless we arrange an appropriate method with you.
You can withdraw optional analytics consent immediately through Cookie settings. Withdrawal does not change the lawfulness of processing that occurred before withdrawal. We respond to privacy requests as required by applicable law and do not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
Children
This website is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through this site, contact us so we can address it and delete the information where appropriate.
